VIRTUAL THERAPY

I provide virtual individual therapy using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. Treatment frequency is discussed in the first session and will be determined based on your expressed needs. Sessions typically start weekly and are 53-60 minutes long.

My approach to therapy

We know from research and experience that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to healing, and so, our early sessions are about fostering that connection. I strive to be warm, approachable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We will quickly identify your therapy goals, and I will tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, or other challenges, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to find what resonates best with you.

I am also an adoption-informed and certified therapist, and as an international, trans-racial adoptee myself, I am deeply passionate about supporting the adoption community, which includes anyone who has been impacted by adoption.

Open communication is key in our work together. I encourage my clients to share their thoughts and feelings about the process, as this feedback helps us navigate your journey effectively. I’m here to support you at your pace, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as we explore and address the areas you wish to focus on.
